Letter From The Editors

Dear Readers,

Welcome back! I hope that everyone’s first month of their spring semester is going well. We are so excited to be back and working on the Bottom Line. We are constantly thinking of ideas to make the magazine better -better content, better pictures, and better design.

One of the things that we’ve been working on is expanding our team! We are happy to announce Danielle Sposato, a junior English major, as our copy-editor, and Melissa Colleary, a senior English major, as our online editor.

Our goal is to unearth the tough topics -the one’s that people DON’T want to talk about because these topics bring with them a lot of pain and confusion. When we feature topics such as rape, euthanasia and adderall abuse, our goal is not to be negative. We believe that when we give students a voice to speak about these topics honestly, candidly and with facts, we create an environment for positivity to grow and to bring the darkness to light.

“Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day become a reality” -Earl Nightingale

We love you,

Kristen & Alex
